TILLICA Tinta is a thermo-insulating and thermo-reflecting product, a combination of raw materials that can insulate and enhance the best thermal value of the building on the inside and cancel the thermal load on the outside.
TILLICA Tinta is made up of Lime Putty aged in accordance with the UNI EN 459-1 standard and Amorphous Silicon. It complies with all the parameters of the EEC directive on construction products (CPD) 89/106/EEC. It is a ready-to-use product and can be diluted with water. Easy to apply, by brush or airless. Practical, it is packaged in 10-litre buckets, convenient for transport and storage. Safe, applied to the wall it becomes an integral part of the existing plaster without film formation. Impact-resistant, does not dust. Breathable, it keeps the building in thermal and water balance. Insulating, non-degradable, maintains and improves its insulating properties over time. Natural product made from natural raw materials, non-toxic for the operator and for the treated environment. Fireproof, on contact with flames it does not emit toxic fumes. Application on new walls: apply one coat of anti-bacterial fixative on rough plaster with regular and straight application, then apply TILLICA Tinta, let it dry and apply the next 2 coats 12 hours apart, with crossed brush strokes for better paint distribution. Spray 2 coats one after the other.
Application on old walls: remove the old paintwork, if possible, reach the fine plaster, apply a coat of fixative and then apply TILLICA Tinta; let it dry and apply the next 2 coats 12 hours apart, with crossed brush strokes for better paint distribution. Spray 2 coats one after the other
Application on pre-finished slabs (such as plasterboard): apply a coat of insulation, then apply a rough primer. When the surface is dry, apply TILLICA Tinta, then continue with the next 2 coats 12 hours apart, with crossed brush strokes for better paint distribution.

The continued use of TILLICA Tinta on already painted walls helps to further insulate the walls.
