Tillica Pasta
Tillica Pasta is a thermally insulating and heat-reflective product, made from lime putty aged according to UNI EN 459-1 standards and amorphous silica. It complies with the EU Construction Products Directive (CPD) 89/106/EEC.
It is the result of a combination of raw materials capable of insulating and enhancing the thermal performance of the building from the inside, while eliminating thermal load from the outside.
Tillica Pasta ensures high thermal performance with minimal thickness (only 5 mm), making it ideal for buildings with architectural constraints. Average consumption: 0.60–0.70 L/mm/m². With 15 L, the average coverage is as follows: 1.8m², 4–5m², 7–8m² — with 8.3 L/m² equal to 20 cm of EPS, with 3.3 L/m² equal to 10 cm of EPS, with 2.0 L/m² equal to 6 cm of EPS.

Scope
Its applications are particularly suitable for residential and industrial construction, as well as for the renovation of historical buildings or structures with architectural restrictions, where the minimal thickness (only 5 mm) allows for space savings without compromising insulation effectiveness.
Where It Can Be Applied
- New walls without plaster
- New walls with rough plaster
- Old walls
- Drywall, prefinished surfaces, existing insulation systems, new or existing thresholds/windowsills
- Porous materials (i.e., cork, wood-cement, calcium silicate, etc.)
- Under radiant heating pipes
- Asbestos-cement roofs for encapsulation (the material is encapsulated and made harmless; the roof becomes thermally insulated and fire-resistant — A2-s1,d0)
Application procedure – The Tillica system
The Natural Calk Tillica Pasta application system must be carried out strictly following the instructions to ensure maximum insulation performance and product durability.

Warnings
Natural Calk Tillica must not be applied when the ambient or substrate temperature is below 5°C or above 30°C. Special care must be taken when working in highly ventilated areas or environments prone to rapid drying, and the treated surface must be protected from significant thermal fluctuations. During the drying phase, it is essential to protect the material from frost and rain.
It is strictly necessary to use only Natural Calk products at every stage of the Tillica Pasta System to preserve the material's properties and ensure the expected performance.
