Pastella
Natural Calk Pastella is specifically formulated for finishes and pastelloni, in accordance with the requirements of Heritage and Environmental Authorities, making it especially suitable for the restoration of historic buildings. Thanks to its completely natural composition, free from chemical additives, it is also ideal for bioarchitecture projects.
Natural Calk Pastella is produced using naturally aged lime putty, matured over a long period in tanks, and wood-fired in compliance with UNI EN 459-1 standards. It is enriched with limestone, marble granules, coloured earths, and inorganic pigments.
Scope and Product Application
Natural Calk Pastella is applied with a stainless-steel trowel and finished with a laminated smoothing technique.
If the surface is dusty, it is recommended to apply a Natural Calk Primer layer to improve adhesion.
During drying, the material must be protected from frost and high temperatures. Do not apply in adverse weather conditions, such as cold days below 7°C or especially hot or windy days.
To achieve shaded or veiled effects, Natural Calk Pastellina can be used as a final layer. Before application, mix mechanically at low speed to achieve a homogeneous blend.

It is strictly necessary to use only Natural Calk products at every stage of the Tillica Pasta System in order to preserve the system’s properties and ensure full effectiveness.

The application and use of the product are the responsibility of the customer or the applicator. The company reserves the right to modify the composition while maintaining the product’s fundamental properties.
