Marmorino Plaster
Natural Calk Marmorino is a plaster finishing layer (skim coat), suitable for use on interior and exterior surfaces. Produced with wood-fired magnesian lime putty, in compliance with UNI EN 459-1 standard, it is naturally aged in tanks and blended with limestone, marble granules, carbonates, coloured earths, and inorganic pigments. This product is highly durable: it does not shrink, is resistant to alkaline attack and saline air, and is dust-free.
Natural Calk Marmorino is ready to use and available in white or custom colours upon request. Since it is already pigmented, no additional paint layers are needed, though it can be customized with Natural Calk Lime Milk Paint.
Available in two grain sizes, C100 and C200, the product can be applied in two or more coats, depending on the desired finish. It is suitable for a variety of techniques: trowel and sponge, laminated, or smoothed finishes. Thanks to its natural and eco-friendly composition, free from chemical additives, it is particularly recommended for bioarchitecture projects and the restoration of artistic and historical buildings.
Scope and Product Application
Natural Calk Marmorino can also be used as a finishing layer within the Tillica Pasta Natural Calk system. It is applied in two coats, after the application of Natural Calk Antibacterial Primer, if required.
Application methods and drying times between coats may vary depending on the type of finish and weather conditions.
